What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, agentic development platforms and MCP-based tooling and integrations.
• Experience creating reusable AI workflows, engineering accelerators, or developer productivity tooling.
• Experience helping teams adopt new technologies and engineering practices at scale, including running workshops, communities of practice, or technical enablement programmes.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Experience working in large-scale digital, retail, or eCommerce environments
• English level of B2 or higher

This position is following a remote regime from Portugal. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
