Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 years experience in automation, AI workflows, software development, or related fields Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLMs Experience building AI agents, prompts, and workflow automations Experience using tools such as: n8n Zapier Make.com LangChain Retool Airtable Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations Basic to intermediate programming capability in Python or JavaScript Core responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems Develop AI agents and process automations using Claude, OpenAI, and related platforms Build integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms via APIs Assist in implementing retrieval systems, prompt frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows Analyse operational processes and identify automation opportunities Streamline repetitive tasks using AI and workflow automation tools Improve efficiency, reporting, and operational scalability through automation initiatives Support departments with AI enablement and workflow optimisation Integrate AI tools into CRMs, project management systems, communication tools, and internal platforms Assist with AI testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, and monitoring Maintain documentation for AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
