AI Content Creator (Video & Design)

💰 Compensation

Monthly net base salary: TRY 150,000–250,000 (net, take-home).

📍 Location

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye. We work as a remote-first team with regular online collaboration.

a1mobile is building the AI-native carrier for businesses.

We're rebuilding the carrier layer, bringing mobile, landline, and AI phone systems together. Every business number should answer, understand, take action, and follow up.

We recently raised an $11.5M seed round led by General Catalyst, with backing from Menlo Ventures, Revo Capital, SV Angel, Commerce Ventures, and other leading investors.

We're looking for an AI Content Creator who combines AI video production, visual design, and video editing to turn ideas into content that makes a1mobile easy to understand and hard to ignore.

🧭 Experience we're looking for

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and visual design.

• 1+ year of hands-on experience producing content with AI video and image generation tools.

🛠 What you'll work on

• Create AI-generated videos from concept and script to a polished final edit.

• Edit creator and founder footage into engaging videos for social media, product storytelling, and campaigns.

• Design social graphics, thumbnails, and campaign assets with a consistent visual identity.

• Combine live footage, AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, captions, and sound into cohesive stories.

• Develop hooks, storyboards, and creative variations, then improve them based on feedback and performance.

• Work closely with the founders and team to turn product ideas into clear, compelling content.

🎯 What we're looking for

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong video editing, visual design, and storytelling.

• Hands-on experience with AI video and image generation tools, including refining outputs for consistency and quality.

• Strong editing fundamentals: pacing, composition, typography, color, and sound.

• The ability to own projects from a rough brief through final delivery.

• A team player who communicates openly, shares ideas, and responds thoughtfully to feedback.

• The flexibility to adapt and keep pace with a fast-moving startup.

• Fluent spoken English is required. You should be comfortable discussing creative decisions and collaborating with the team in English.
