Company Description

Yellow Law Group, founded in 2021 by attorney Sinan Sari, is an immigration, corporate, and personal injury law firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with additional offices in California, Illinois, Georgia; and New Jersey. Our team is committed to guiding clients through complex legal processes with clarity and care, making each step as smooth and stress-free as possible through personalized support tailored to each client's needs.

Role Description

Build and run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid channels, from targeting and creative to bidding and budget

Write ad copy, landing page copy, and email sequences that get people to book a consultation

Build and optimize landing pages and lead forms; run A/B tests on headlines, offers, and layouts

Use HubSpot workflows and email sequences to nurture leads who aren't ready to sign yet and re-engage past inquiries

Support organic lead generation as well: SEO improvements, Google Business Profile, and social content designed to drive inquiries, working with our in-house content and design team

Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, call tracking, form and chat attribution) so every lead is traced back to its source

Analyze HubSpot CRM data to follow leads from first contact to signed client, by practice area and channel, and use what you learn to improve campaigns

Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports on leads, cost per lead, consultation bookings, and conversion to retained clients, and share weekly findings with recommendations

Work closely with the intake team on lead quality, response times, and follow-up so that good leads don't go cold

Coordinate with our outside agency where needed

Qualifications

Up to one year of digital marketing experience — internships, freelance work, a student project, or your first job all count. Recent graduates are welcome

Some hands-on exposure to Google Ads or Meta Ads, even on a small budget

Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM; if you've completed HubSpot Academy courses, tell us

Comfortable with numbers: you can read a report, spot what's not working, and suggest a change

Clear, persuasive writing in English

Curious, organized, and self-directed enough to work in a mostly remote team

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
