你會做什麼

• 協助 Kuse 官方媒體帳號的日常內容營運，包括 X、Instagram、Threads、小紅書等平台

• 根據產品更新、使用案例與市場趨勢，協助整理內容方向與發文素材

• 參與短文案、貼文、圖片需求 brief 等內容產出

• 協助用戶反饋與社群討論的回覆，整理可用於內容創作的靈感

• 支援部分內容排期、發布與基礎數據整理工作

我們希望你

• 對 AI 工具、內容創作、社群媒體或用戶增長有興趣

• 有基本網感，了解平台運營模式

• 熟悉繁體中文市場，了解香港、台灣或海外繁中用戶的內容語境與平台習慣

• 有基本的繁中或英文寫作能力，能把複雜內容寫得清楚易懂

• 使用過 ChatGPT、Claude、Kuse、WorkBuddy 等 AI 工具

• 做事細心，願意學習，能穩定跟進簡單任務

• 對新產品、新工具、新工作方式有好奇心

加分項

• 會粵語，熟悉香港本地內容語境與用戶表達方式

• 有營運 X、Threads、小紅書、Instagram、TikTok 或其他內容平台的經驗

• 有寫過社群貼文、短內容、產品介紹、用戶故事或個人內容帳號經驗

We are looking for an AI Content Operations Intern who is familiar with the Traditional Chinese market and passionate about AI tools, content creation, and social media. You will join us in operating the official media channels for Kuse, helping more people understand how AI is changing the way we work every day.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Operations: Assist in the daily content operations of Kuse’s official channels, including X, Instagram, Threads, RedNote, etc.
• Content Planning & Curation: Research content directions and post materials based on product updates, use cases, and market trends.
• Content Creation: Participate in producing short copy, social posts, and image briefs for designers.
• Community Engagement: Handle user feedback and community replies, curating key insights into inspiration for future content.
• Execution Support: Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and basic social analytics.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about AI tools, content creation, social media, or user growth.
• Strong internet sense and a clear understanding of social media platform dynamics.
• Familiar with the Traditional Chinese market, including the cultural context and platform habits of users in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or overseas.
• Basic writing skills in Traditional Chinese or English, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Kuse, or WorkBuddy.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and reliable in executing daily tasks.
• Curious about new products, tools, and modern ways of working.

Nice to Haves

• Fluency in Cantonese with a strong grasp of Hong Kong’s local context and expressions.
• Hands-on experience operating X, Threads, RedNote, Instagram, TikTok, or other content platforms.
• Prior experience writing social media copy, short-form content, product introductions, user stories, or running a personal content account.
• A strong interest in AI products, productivity tools, and the future of work.
• A sharp eye for spotting online trends, viral topics, and interesting use cases.
