Superside is hiring an AI Creative Technologist to turn the requests our customers keep coming back with into automations and agents that run. You'll work directly with customers on live work from inside our studios, in close collaboration with Product.
The right profile pairs creative judgment with a builder's instinct: you know what good output looks like, and you ship it. Success means customers end up with systems they can run, not only assets, and what you build is documented so every studio can reuse it.
What You'll Do
Partner with customers on live work to scope, build, and ship custom automations and agents, embedded in their team and tools or on our platform.
Customize the central automations our platform delivers for each customer's brand, tools, and workflows.
Turn repeating customer requests into systems that run, so customers get more than production output.
Own the automation roadmap for your studio: decide which repeating asks move from project work to automated work, and avoid building the same thing twice across customers.
Define what good looks like for each automation, including the human quality check around it.
Feed customer needs and reusable pieces back to Product, and bring platform capabilities into customer work.
Explain each system to the customer and train their team to run it.
Document everything you build and share it through show and tell, so every studio can reuse it instead of rebuilding it.
What You'll Need To Succeed
5+ years of professional experience working in agencies or in-house creative teams, preferably with a background in design systems or creative technology.
Strong creative judgment: you know what good output looks like and can set the quality bar for an automation.
Hands-on experience building with AI tools and agents in real work, including workflows, agents, prompts, and integrations, with evidence of things shipped, not only experiments.
A generalist builder's range: you can brief, make, build, and ship, rather than specializing in one format or channel.
A habit of documenting and sharing what you build, so others can use it.
A self-driven approach: you move from idea to finished output without handoffs and are comfortable working without a playbook.
A collaborative mindset, working closely with Product and your studio team.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus: Experience working directly with customers: scoping a need, explaining the system, and training their team to run it.
