About us:
Spaceplace is a Ukrainian AI startup building an Enterprise Intelligence Platform: a new generation of enterprise software where artificial intelligence becomes an integral part of how companies work. We create a single intelligent environment that brings together corporate knowledge, data, business context, and AI agents, helping every employee and the whole organization think, analyze, and act more effectively. Our ambition is to rethink how companies will work in the age of AI, and to build a global product that becomes the intelligent foundation of the business of the future.
About the role:
We’re looking for a strong, experienced AI Delivery Manager who can successfully lead multiple AI projects and manage relationships with multiple clients simultaneously.
You’ll own each deployment from the day it leaves sales to the day it runs in the client’s business, keeping 2–3 moving at the same time. A typical deployment takes 5–10 weeks. This is a new role, so you’ll shape how we deliver as much as you deliver.
Your future responsibilities:
Understand the business

About the role:
We’re looking for a strong, experienced AI Delivery Manager who can successfully lead multiple AI projects and manage relationships with multiple clients simultaneously.
You’ll own each deployment from the day it leaves sales to the day it runs in the client’s business, keeping 2–3 moving at the same time. A typical deployment takes 5–10 weeks. This is a new role, so you’ll shape how we deliver as much as you deliver.
Your future responsibilities:
Understand the business
- Run discovery with the client’s owners, managers and front-line staff: how sales, service and operations really work, not how the org chart says they do.
- Collect and clean the sources: price lists, documents, CRM fields, call recordings, policies. Personal data is anonymised before it leaves the client.
- Map the roles, processes, data and rules, and find what is missing before it blocks the build.
- Write the specs engineers build from: scenarios, field mappings, integration requirements and where a person has to step in.
- Write the test cases that define what “good” means for each workflow and role workspace.
- Agree the scope with the client in writing. After that, every change goes through a short written change note.
- Configure agents and role workspaces on our platform; load the knowledge and the rules.
- Wire integrations with CRM, ERP, telephony and messengers together with engineers. Call the APIs and read the webhook payloads yourself, so you know it works before anyone promises a date.
- Check quality and cost on test runs before the client sees anything.
- Run pilot testing with the client’s own staff on their real cases, and turn their feedback into fixes.
- Own the go-live: client acceptance, a quality report at handover, and rollout to more teams in waves.
- Train the client’s people: managers in their workspaces, administrators in the settings.
- Hold the plan and the dates for each one, and send every client a short written status each week.
- Run the weekly tuning cycle after launch, and report what changed against how the business worked before.
- Keep the delivery playbook current: templates, checklists and lessons from each deployment.
- Bring what you see in the field back to product: repeated requests, missing features, patterns we can reuse.
- Minimum 3 years in delivery, implementation, business analysis, customer success or consulting.
- Hands-on experience shipping something with LLMs, even a small thing.
- Ability to call an API, read a webhook payload and write a short script.
- Clear, concise written communication; you put agreements in writing.
- Ability to stay calm with several clients pulling at once and know what to do first.
- Ukrainian (native) and English (C1+).
- Based in Europe, comfortable working on Kyiv time.
- Hands-on work with CRMs (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Creatio), IP telephony (Binotel, Ringostat) or messenger APIs (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp)
- Basic SQL, or experience writing evaluations or test suites for LLM output
- Knowledge of real estate, healthcare or retail operations
- Polish or another EU language
- Work in an early-stage company
- Compensation: $3,000–4,500 per month, depending on experience.
- B2B contract, remote from anywhere in Europe.
- Equity conversation after 6 months.
- Start in November 2026.
- Daily work with the Spaceplace founders: what you learn in the field changes the product.
- End-to-end view of AI deployments across several industries, from the first client meeting to measured results.
- Application. Send your CV and one thing you have built with an LLM: a link, a repo or a screenshot is enough. It tells us more than the CV.
- Intro call, 30 minutes, with Ihor. Your experience, the role, your questions.
- Practical task, about 3 hours, at home. You get an anonymised brief from a real-looking client. You write a one-page spec and 10 test cases, and you check a sample webhook. No trick questions.
- Final call with the founders. You walk us through the task, and we talk about how you would run your first deployments. An offer follows within a week.
