Our team shared’s mission is deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect

We believe healthcare shouldn’t be defined by missed calls, endless waiting lines, and overwhelmed staff. Patients and professionals deserve better.

Vocca builds AI voice agents that answer every call instantly, schedule and reschedule appointments, and free up staff to focus on what matters most: care.

Already trusted by 15 000+ providers, we’re transforming the patient–provider relationship, one call at a time.

Want to shape the future of healthcare?

Join us !

Context

Vocca builds AI voice agents for healthcare providers: they answer patient calls, book and reschedule appointments, and handle confirmations and reminders, so medical teams can focus on care. Following our $25M Series A, we are a team of 50+ across Paris and New York, working with around 240 healthcare organizations (imaging, ophthalmology, dental and more) across 700+ sites.

Today, Vocca signs faster than it deploys: more than 200 deals signed since June, and 41 days on average between signature and go-live on a standalone account. Our goal is to cut that in half and bring 11 to 12 new accounts live every week. The Deployment team owns this: kick-off, configuration, telephony, training, go-live, then handover to Account Management at day 30.

You join the Deployment team, within Operations, as AI Deployment Strategist Intern. Our interns own real accounts within weeks: this internship is close to the full-time role, with the same bar.

Your mission

Bring your clients live, fast and right the first time. You run deployments on your own accounts from kick-off to go-live, with the team's targets: kick-off to go-live in 7 days or less, and no rework after go-live. Then you help us deploy faster: every friction you meet becomes a better process, guide or tool.

Expected outcomes

After 1 month:

  • You master the product, its configuration options and our tools (Attio, our configuration server, telephony, Doctolib)

  • You have shadowed deployments on our main client types and co-run your first kick-offs

  • You run a guided deployment end to end on your own, from kick-off to go-live

After 3 months:

  • You own your portfolio of accounts, from kick-off to day-30 handover

  • 5 to 15 onboardings run, with configurations right the first time

  • A first process or support documented and adopted by the team (e.g. a telephony guide, a piece of the client kit)

  • Client feedback turned into concrete proposals for Product and Tech

At the end of your internship (6 months):

  • You are the trusted go-to person for your accounts, for clients and internal teams

  • You deploy at the team's pace on your segment

  • A visible contribution to the product: some of your proposals shipped with Tech

What you'll own

Deploy your accounts end to end

  • Prepare each kick-off: pre-configuration of agendas, appointment types and knowledge base, internal tests

  • Run the one-hour kick-off with the client: frame the project, validate the configuration, agree on the go-live date

  • Coordinate telephony with the client and their provider, train the front desk, run the go-live

  • Follow up at day 7 and day 30, then hand the account over to Account Management

Manage client projects

  • Scope, plan and follow up each project, with dated next steps

  • Solve client-specific challenges with creativity: multi-site centers, complex telephony, specific workflows

  • Support a Deployment Strategist on larger accounts: groups, networks of centers, pilots then roll-outs

Make deployment faster

  • Spot friction in our workflows and simplify them

  • Build the supports that let clients move on their own: guides, telephony documents, videos

  • Keep Attio up to date so the team steers on facts

Close the product loop

  • Structure client feedback and bring it to Product and Tech

  • Work across Sales, Product, Tech and Account Management

This role is for you if

Must have:

  • You are looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship, under an internship agreement (convention de stage)

  • Perfect French: you will work every day with French medical teams

  • A first client-facing or project experience (internship, consulting, association, student job) where you delivered something end to end

  • You are at ease with tools and configuration: you test, debug and learn a new tool fast. No technical degree required.

What we'll assess:

  • Deployment method: you structure a project, from pilot to roll-out, and anticipate what can block it

  • Client presence: you lead a meeting with a center director as easily as you talk to an engineer

  • Rigor and ownership: you prioritize by impact, close your loops, and nothing stays stuck

  • Simplifying: you fix the process, not only the case in front of you

  • Product curiosity: you want to understand how the configuration, telephony and integrations work

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRMs, billing tools or reporting platforms

  • A first experience in a startup or tech scale-up

  • An interest in healthcare and/or AI

This role is NOT for you if

  • You want an observation internship: here you own accounts within weeks

  • You prefer strategy slides to configuring a product with your own hands

  • You need a fixed framework: we build the playbook as we deploy

Compensation

  • €2000 per month for an end-of-study internship

This role is where you start. If your internship goes well, we'd be very happy to have you join as a full-time AI Deployment Strategist!

Perks and benefits

  • At least 3 days a week in our offices in Paris (2nd arrondissement)

  • MacBook provided

  • Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company)

  • Public transport: 50% of Navigo covered

  • Annual offsite and multiple team events throughout the year

Hiring process

  1. Intro call with Pierre or Hugo, from the Deployment team (video, 30 min)

  2. Case study with Pierre and Hugo (on site, 1h): 15 min of preparation, then you present your approach and run a short client role play

  3. Final interview with Julie, Head of Operations (30 min)

  4. Offer

We aim to keep the process within 30 days. You’ll receive continuous feedback throughout.

Why should you join Vocca?

  • An entrepreneurial adventure, with a supportive, high-energy, execution-focused team

  • A product already live, with delighted customers in a fast-growing market (healthcare automation, voice AI)

  • A true scaling phase, with everything still to build

  • Real responsibilities from day one

We hire people, not roles.

If you're excited about our opportunities but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

We'll be thrilled to receive your application!
