You'll drive new business for our software and IT services across global markets - the US, UK, Australia and the UAE. From first outreach to a booked discovery call, you own the top of the sales pipeline and build relationships that turn into long-term clients.

What you'll do

• Identify, research and reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls and platforms like Upwork and Clutch.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, and book discovery calls for the senior team.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on quotes, and help move deals through the pipeline to close.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with every lead and deal.
• Learn our services well enough to have a real, credible conversation about them.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 1-4 years in IT sales, business development or lead generation (software services preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English for international clients.
• Comfort with outreach and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch and a CRM.
• A working understanding of the software development lifecycle and services.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and well organised.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience selling to US, UK, Australia or UAE markets.
• Familiarity with SAP, AI or enterprise software services.
