About the Role
We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to provide professional and reliable support to customers across different industries. The ideal candidate has experience in
customer service, sales, healthcare, insurance, administration, or similar fields
and is comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through
phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or customer concerns.
Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
Assist with
sales inquiries, product/service recommendations, and follow-ups
.
Process customer requests, documentation, appointments, orders, or account updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM or internal systems.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Meet established
customer service, productivity, and quality targets
.
Requirements
At least
1 year of relevant customer service or client-facing experience
preferred.
Strong
verbal and written English communication skills
.
Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using
CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and other business software
.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting
US, Australian, or international clients
.
Experience with
CRM, ticketing, phone, or healthcare/insurance platforms
.
Sales or upselling experience.
Experience working remotely or with international teams.
