Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented AI Programmer with over 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize AI algorithms that power our Voice AI solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI models that elevate user experience and push the boundaries of AI-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for voice processing, natural language understanding, and speech synthesis.

• Work on cutting-edge AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP (Natural Language Processing).

• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment on cloud-based or on-premise platforms.

• Integrate AI solutions into Vasst’s Voice AI platform, ensuring seamless functionality and human-like interactions.

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and UX designers to align AI solutions with business goals.

• Analyze and process large datasets to improve model accuracy and efficiency.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and voice technologies and implement best practices.

• Debug, test, and refine AI models to ensure reliability and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI development and programming.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Knowledge of NLP, speech recognition, or voice synthesis technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing conversational AI or Voice AI systems.
