Skills in Practice

Application development: Build or improve front-end and back-end features that support useful, reliable products.

AI integration: Connect AI services or models to applications and workflows where they solve a clear business need.

Automation: Identify repetitive processes and create integrations or workflows to reduce manual steps.

Testing and iteration: Check functionality, investigate issues, and refine solutions based on user or team feedback.

Collaboration: Work with product, operations, and technical colleagues to clarify requirements and document changes.

Your Background

Experience in software development, AI application development, or workflow automation is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Strong programming fundamentals and an interest in building maintainable, practical solutions will be valuable.

Working Arrangement

Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around development priorities and project milestones.

Hybrid working combines remote development with in-person collaboration in the UAE when needed.
