Company Overview

It is a performance-driven growth consultancy specializing in helping cash-pay medical practices—including regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, stem cell and peptide therapy, longevity medicine, and aesthetics—acquire more qualified patients through data-driven digital marketing. Rather than focusing on vanity metrics, every marketing initiative is tied directly to business growth and profitability. The team manages end-to-end paid acquisition systems across multiple client accounts, combining high-performing advertising, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization to consistently generate measurable patient acquisition results.

Mission

As an AI Development Specialist, your mission is to design, build and maintain the AI-powered tools, agents and workflows that let the team work faster and ship higher-quality work across every account. You turn repetitive or judgment-heavy work — QA, reporting, data pulls, content drafts — into AI-assisted or AI-automated systems, then document and hand them off so the team can run them without you in the room.

This is a builder role, not a research role. You ship working tools, not decks. You will work across all pods, report to the Lead Strategist and Operations Director, and partner with each Pod Lead to find where AI can remove friction from their work — then build it, test it, and make sure it keeps working after you've moved on to the next thing.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain AI-powered automations and agents — using Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, n8n, Make, custom code and APIs — that remove manual work from GHL builds, QA, reporting and ad operations.
  • Partner with Pod Leads and the GHL QA Specialist to identify repetitive, rules-based or judgment-heavy tasks that are candidates for AI automation, and prioritize what to build based on impact.
  • Write, test and refine prompts and agent workflows; document what each one does, where it tends to fail, and how to fix or retrain it.
  • Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards that pull data from GHL, Meta and other ad platforms into client-ready reporting.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing systems via API and webhook (GHL API, Meta Conversions API, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive) to keep data and workflows in sync.
  • Monitor live AI-driven workflows for drift, errors or degraded output, and fix or retrain them before they affect a client deliverable.
  • Train and support the wider team on using AI tools effectively in their own day-to-day work.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base (Google Drive) of prompts, agent configurations and documented workflows, so builds are reproducible and not dependent on one person.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and agentic coding platforms for fit, and pilot the ones worth adopting team-wide.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Proven hands-on experience building with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) beyond casual use — prompt engineering, agent design or AI-assisted coding you can demonstrate.
  • Working proficiency with at least one automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier) or the ability to script custom integrations via API/webhook.
  • Comfortable reading and writing code well enough to debug an automation, webhook or integration end to end.
  • Strong written and spoken English — you can document a workflow or a fix clearly enough that a non-technical teammate can follow it without a call.
  • High attention to detail and a bias to ship: you'd rather launch a working v1 and iterate than wait for a perfect spec.
  • Reliable, responsive and comfortable working with a remote, cross-timezone team.

Nice to Have

  • Agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Hermes or OpenClaw (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — workflows, automations, custom code steps and the GHL API.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API or other ad-platform integrations.
  • Python or JavaScript for custom scripts and integrations.
  • Experience building internal tools or dashboards for a marketing, agency or SaaS team.
  • Healthcare or cash-pay medical practice client experience.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Number of manual or repetitive tasks successfully automated and adopted by the team.
  • Measurable time saved across pods from AI-driven tools and workflows.
  • Reliability of live AI-driven workflows — low drift, few failures, fast fixes when they occur.
  • Adoption: tools and agents actually used by teammates after handoff, not just built and shelved.
  • Clear, current documentation for every live automation or agent.

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Leb time, approx. 40 hours per week.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Days Off: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Work Location: Fully remote, you can work from anywhere.
  • Salary range: TBC
