AI Digital Content & Communications Manager

Tasks: Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI digital platforms (AI website and related content hubs) Manage end-to-end content operations (updates, structure, accuracy, governance) Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and product success metrics Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements Collaborate with UX/UI, development, analytics, and business stakeholders Ensure content governance, compliance, and brand alignment Improve user experience, navigation, and engagement based on data and feedback Lead planning, testing, and release cycles for digital updates Requirements: 1-3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content platforms Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and web/content performance measurement Strong knowledge of Knowledge Management principles, including: content governance taxonomy development and maintenance content lifecycle management content review and expiration processes structured content management Experience managing digital content platforms and supporting website operations in a corporate environmentStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Why we think you will love working here: With us you count as a person, our doors are always open.
