AI-Driven Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

AI-First Development

• Partner effectively with agentic AI tools in daily coding and development workflows.
• Critically review AI-generated code, understanding why one solution fits better than another.
• Help evolve frontend standards, conventions and AI-ready documentation within the team.

Frontend & User Experience

• Build and maintain web applications using React and Angular.
• Bring UX/UI judgment to every feature: understand the real user need and propose the right experience, not just implement a design.
• Contribute to the definition of a shared design system and visual standards.
• Take part in migrating existing applications from Angular to React.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Pick up tasks and features, and review teammates’ pull requests.
• Track and diagnose production errors using monitoring tools.
• Understand the business behind the product and take part in technical and product decisions.
• Propose improvements to code, processes and AI usage.

Requirements:

Experience & Technical Stack (Required)

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping frontend applications.
• Strong React fundamentals (hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Experience with Angular.

Ways of Working (Required)

• Experience with AI-assisted development using agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as part of daily practice.
• Strong UX/UI criteria and attention to user experience.
• Curiosity and a fast learning pace, including learning the business domain.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Language (Required):

• Strong written and spoken English (intermediate-high level or above).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pull requests).
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Azure Application Insights).
• Experience with framework migrations (Angular to React).
• Experience with design systems or component libraries.
• Experience documenting code and technical decisions to improve team and AI collaboration.
