Job Summary The AI Enablement Analyst will drive a consistent, standardized approach to GenAI tool enablement across the enterprise. This role will oversee required training and responsible-use expectations, partner with GenAI tool owners to document and maintain the enterprise GenAI tool landscape, and help scale high-value use cases through repeatable intake, evaluation, and rollout practices. The Analyst will monitor adoption, usage, and value metrics, develop executive-ready insights and reporting, and ensure enablement activities align with Bread Financial governance, security, risk, and agile delivery standards. Essential Job Functions Maintain a current inventory of GenAI tools (owners, purpose, user groups, data considerations, approved use cases, training requirements, and maturity); support governance routines by preparing documentation and status reporting aligned to security, risk, and policy expectations - (40%) In collaboration with Leadership, define and maintain enterprise standards and playbooks for GenAI tool onboarding, required training, communications, and ongoing enablement; partner with tool owners to drive consistent execution across business areas. - (20%) Track and analyze adoption, engagement, and proficiency metrics (e.g., active usage, training completion, feature utilization); develop dashboards and executive-ready insights that articulate value, outcomes, and risks/controls. - (30%) Collaborate with GenAI tool owners, business partners, and Communities of Practice to drive awareness, training participation, and sustained adoption; coordinate updates, office hours, and feedback loops to improve the enablement experience. - (10%) Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Product Owner, AI and Technology, Process or Risk Assurance, Quality. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a posted Bread Financial location.
