As an AI Enablement Engineer, you will lead the technical implementation and strategic rollout of Gemini Enterprise (GE) and platform-native AI solutions. This role is focused on driving organizational transformation through AI enablement, requiring deep technical proficiency in Google Workspace to optimize productivity workflows. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from conducting AI readiness assessments to facilitating interactive workshops and delivering comprehensive change management strategies that ensure long-term platform engagement. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the technical deployment and configuration of Gemini Enterprise (GE) features across diverse Google Workspace environments. Serve as the primary technical specialist for AI enablement, ensuring platform-native AI tools are integrated into organizational workflows. Participate in technical discussions with customers that drive decisions and implementation Configure and manage Cloud Platform services and APIs Lead strategic technical consultations with customers/leadership to define AI adoption goals and implementation roadmaps. Support tailored Gemini use cases (e.g., AI-assisted writing, data analysis, summarization, and meeting productivity) to solve specific client business challenges. Build comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps and facilitate interactive customer workshops to drive platform engagement. Own the end-to-end delivery of change management strategies, including the development of communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics. Configure and implement Gemini Enterprise features and platform-native AI tools to optimize organizational workflows and end-user productivity. Train our clients' end users and their technical personnel as required per project scope Write technical documentation for deployed solutions that includes end-user guides and process manuals Write, Contribute, Publish content to our LMS for Google Workspace content Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested Anything else that needs to be done that adds value to the business, our clients and your co-workers Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solution Architects to scope technical engagements, ensuring accurate technical discovery and identifying strategic opportunities to integrate gPanel and Gemini Enterprise solutions. Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop implementation strategies for the seamless adoption of Gemini and other collaboration-focused AI technologies. Skills and Qualifications: Advanced technical proficiency in Gemini Enterprise (GE) administration and AI-driven productivity suite optimization. Strong background in delivering technical training and interactive workshops focused on generative AI adoption. 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace (Formly G Suite) 3+ years of experience in technical change management and end-user enablement for cloud collaboration platforms. Hands-on experience configuring AI-assisted writing, data analysis, and meeting productivity tools within an enterprise context. Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested This position is highly client facing, candidates will be required to demonstrate strong communication and management skills Prior Google Workspace deployment and/or administration experience Certification (preference): Google Cloud Collaboration Engineer, Google Cloud Associate Engineer, Associate - Google Workspace Administrator Relevant Gemini Enterprise certifications or specialized AI deployment credentials. Change management certification or experience with structured frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR). Proven familiarity with AI adoption lifecycles and the technical enablement of generative AI tools. Demonstrated understanding of generative AI fundamentals and the practical application of platform-native AI features within enterprise collaboration suites. Goals : Drive successful Gemini Enterprise adoption and measurable ROI across client organizations, tracking engagement and utilization metrics. Achieve a post-implementation Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5/5.0 or higher, specifically regarding AI transformation projects, technical enablement, and training delivery. Successfully lead end-to-end technical enablement and change management for GE, ensuring client business processes are optimized for AI-first productivity. Build and execute high-quality AI adoption roadmaps and training programs that foster deep platform engagement and minimize technical friction for end-users. Consistently deliver on-time, high-value AI implementation workshops that align technical configurations with client business objectives and security standards.
