Help organizations adopt AI and change how their people work.

As an AI Enablement Lead at EPAM, you will lead the delivery of client engagements that move AI from pilot to everyday practice. You will help clients determine where AI and people each add the most value, redesign workflows and roles and build the AI literacy, learning and change programs that make adoption stick.

Your expertise in how people learn, change and work is essential to success in this role. You will work closely with EPAM’s Applied AI, Data, Innovation and Business Consulting practices to deliver integrated, high-impact strategies that drive true workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI readiness assessments and help clients identify and prioritize use cases based on business impact and feasibility
  • Co-lead the mapping of current workflows to understand the impact on people and roles, recommending where humans and AI best fit
  • Translate role and skill changes into actionable reskilling, upskilling and AI/data fluency pathways for leaders, practitioners and the wider workforce
  • Design and facilitate practical, role-based learning programs (e.g., workshops, coaching, job aids) that tie directly to real workflows rather than basic tool training
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of client engagements, running discovery, leading workstreams and ensuring quality across all deliverables and timelines
  • Apply learning sciences, behavioral psychology and instructional design to programs aimed at changing workforce behavior
  • Define and track adoption metrics that demonstrate behavioral change and business impact, applying responsible AI guidance alongside client IT, security and legal teams
  • Contribute to solution design, proposals, accelerators and point-of-view content while coaching and developing consultants on the team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in AI enablement, learning and talent, change management or transformation consulting, with a strong focus on delivery
  • Proven experience driving the adoption of new tools and ways of working, moving beyond simply designing training
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools and enterprise platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and a clear understanding of how they change real-world workflows
  • Demonstrated capability in human performance improvement or instructional design, particularly in analyzing and redesigning workflows around people, roles and skills
  • Comfort using data to diagnose client needs and define measurable adoption outcomes
  • Proven success managing complex client programs and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a commercial environment
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, Learning Sciences or a related field (an advanced degree is appreciated)
