The AI Enablement Specialist is the go-to person for helping Smart Circle’s teams get real value from Claude, ChatGPT, and the broader AI stack. Beyond training and support, this role turns recurring requests into reusable automation that teams can run themselves, such as Claude skills, prompt templates, and connected workflows. The Specialist works closely with IT and Senior Leadership to keep every use case within company AI governance, data-handling, and security guardrails. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves building practical AI tools, leading training sessions, and helping an entire company build confidence with AI.
What You'll Do
-
Train users: Run onboarding, workshops, and office hours on Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, Box AI, and Snowflake Cortex, with role-based learning paths, guides, and job aids
-
Build reusable automation: Turn business-unit use cases into Claude skills, prompt templates, and Projects for recurring work like reporting and contract review
-
Connect systems: Build and maintain MCP connectors to Salesforce, Box, Slack, and Snowflake within approved access boundaries
-
Pilot and scale: Test with small groups, measure results, and iterate before company-wide rollout
-
Grow a champions network: Recruit and support AI champions across business units and the field
-
Own the library: Maintain versioned skills, templates, training materials, and FAQs; retire outdated or overlapping content
-
Measure and improve: Use tickets, questions, and usage data to close skill gaps, and report adoption trends to the CIO
-
Support and govern: Serve as the escalation point for AI tool questions and access, explain AI policies in plain language, flag out-of-policy use, and support client due-diligence questionnaires
-
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities
What You’ll Bring
-
3+ years in IT training, technical enablement, or end-user support
-
Daily hands-on use of Claude, ChatGPT, or a similar enterprise AI assistant, with strong prompt-engineering skills
-
Proven track record building reusable automation others run themselves, not one-off demos
-
Ability to tailor training to varied roles and skill levels, and explain technical and policy concepts simply
-
Working knowledge of data privacy and AI governance (acceptable use, retention, role-based access)
How You’ll Stand Out
-
Built Claude skills, MCP connectors, or agentic automation on real business systems
-
Familiarity with Salesforce, Box, Snowflake, or Okta
-
Experience supporting field sales, franchise, or independent-contractor users
-
Background in instructional design, AI governance, information security, or technical writing
-
Built or ran a champions or super-user network
