AI Engineer | 100% Remote - Italy - HQ Turin

The Role

Our AI agents investigate security incidents for real customers. When they're wrong, an analyst wastes an hour, or misses an attack.

We're looking for an AI Engineer who trusts a number over a good-looking transcript. You'll build the harnesses our agents run in, fine-tune open-weight models, and write the evals that prove the agents got better.

What you need

Python and TypeScript in production, LLM-based systems real users depend on (not just demos), and experience writing evals.

📍 You must live in Italy and speak fluent Italian (and good English). We only hire in Italy, and our calls are usually in Italian.

What we offer

€45k–70k gross/year (RAL), a permanent contract, full remote from anywhere in Italy, a MacBook Pro, and a growth budget.
