AI Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer AI to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence. The Impact You’ll Make In this role, you will: Design and Productionize AI Solutions: Build, optimize, and scale GenAI solutions, leveraging foundational model APIs, 3rd party frameworks (such as LlamaIndex), and embedding optimization to solve complex customer problems. Collaborate and Integrate: Partner closely with DevOps, AI, and software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI models, debug AI-generated responses, and ensure smooth software functionality. Drive Standards and Quality: Assess AI-generated content for bias, accuracy, and compliance while continuously measuring model performance to recommend scalable improvements. You value quality over speed, keep abreast of the latest AI tools and technologies, and have a strong curiosity for scalable GenAI deployment. You have 10+ years of engineering experience (with 7+ years specifically developing AI algorithms or technologies), proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and Git/CI/CD pipelines . You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours, overlapping with our core collaboration hours of 10 AM to 5 PM EST (EST or CST candidates preferred). The Perks Competitive salary + equity.
