- 12-month Fixed Term Contract with Full-Time working hours

Reporting to the AI & Automation Manager, you will design, build, deploy and maintain AI agents, automation solutions and RAG-enabled tools that improve productivity across RACGP. Working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners and technical teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable, secure and supportable AI solutions while contributing to the College's digital transformation program
As our AI Engineer, you'll also:
- Create and refine prompts to improve AI agent accuracy, safety and user experience
- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues and drive ongoing enhancements
- Participate in workshops, sprint activities and requirements gathering to support delivery
- Apply AI governance, privacy, accessibility and cyber security standards across all solutions.
- Experience building and configuring AI agents and automations
- Python coding (or similar) and troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) represents GPs across Australia.
