- $147,216 + Superannuation + salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status)
- 12-month Fixed Term Contract with Full-time working hours
- Flexible location/WFH options available
Reporting to the AI & Automation Manager, you will lead the design, delivery and optimisation of enterprise AI and automation solutions across RACGP. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and delivery partners, you'll create and maintain scalable AI capabilities, establish technical standards, mentor engineers and ensure solutions remain secure, reliable and deliver ongoing business value.
As our Senior AI Engineer, you'll also:
- Consult with the business to identify AI and automation opportunities
- Develop business cases, estimates and value-driven recommendations
- Apply governance, privacy, security and responsible AI standards
- Mentor engineers and uplift delivery capability across the team.
- Expertise in enterprise grade AI and automation solutions
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure, AI Agent Development and Automation skills
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring capability
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
