AI Engineer

At Dataminded, we believe AI is an engineering discipline, not just a research experiment. We’re looking for an AI Engineer in Belgium to turn promising prompts into production-grade products.

What you do

• Build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations, from first architecture to deployment.
• Translate business problems into the right solution together with stakeholders, whether that’s generative AI, traditional ML, or plain engineering.
• Build AI pipelines that are versioned, observable, idempotent, and grounded in solid data foundations.
• Write secure, scalable, clean, and testable code.
• Keep solutions healthy in production by defining metrics, running evaluations, and catching regressions early

What you bring

• A strong software engineering background, with a focus on Python or a similar language.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases.
• A track record of deploying and maintaining production-grade AI or data pipelines.
• A product mindset and an eye for the user experience.
• Strong communication skills and the curiosity to keep learning in a fast-moving field.
