About The Role

We now have the opportunity for an AI Engineer - Agentic Systems & LLMs to join our Technology Department.

📍 Location: Verisure Tech Hub - Alicante.

The role will be based at our new technology site in Alicante. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms.

🤝 Your Future Team

You will join our IT Telephony team, the team responsible for Verisure’s contact center platform across 18 countries.

The team designs and delivers AI-powered conversational solutions that enhance customer interactions and support our teams, combining agentic AI with our contact center ecosystem to deliver scalable, secure and multilingual solutions.

🚀 The Opportunity

• Design, build and operate AI agents and multi-agent conversational solutions for voice and digital channels, from prototyping through to production.
• Develop agentic workflows and RAG solutions, integrating LLMs with business systems, internal platforms and cloud services.
• Optimize real-time conversational experiences, focusing on latency, reliability, accuracy, error recovery and seamless human handover.
• Define and monitor AI quality and performance, continuously improving solutions across multi-country and multilingual environments.

🧬 Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with Python, including at least 1 year building AI/ML or LLM-based applications.
• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows, ideally using LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands Agents, LangChain or equivalent frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval techniques and LLM-based application patterns.
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots or voice solutions, ideally deployed in production environments.
• Experience working with AWS and serverless architectures, plus Git and CI/CD practices.
• Fluent technical English, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
