We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise across the artificial intelligence landscape, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large language models (LLMs). A strong background in Microsoft AI technologies such as Azure AI, AI Search, AI Foundry, and AI Foundry SDK is essential. This role involves building intelligent, scalable AI solutions that power business transformation and deliver meaningful outcomes. Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex to generate, enhance, test, and maintain code for Microsoft technology solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern LLM/GPT architectures.
  • Develop intelligent workflows and solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services and tools.
  • Experiment and iterate with Azure AI Foundry SDK and Microsoft’s prompt engineering tools to fine-tune models and improve outputs.
  • Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or comparable agentic coding tools to generate and refactor production-quality code for Microsoft technology stacks, including Power Platform, C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, Azure SDKs, and Microsoft Graph integrations.
  • Review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code for functional correctness, maintainability, security, and compliance with organizational coding standards; integrate changes through Git-based pull requests and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Apply prompt and context engineering to guide coding agents using requirements, existing repositories, architecture patterns, and automated tests; document and evaluate productivity and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and developers to transform business problems into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Conduct research on cutting-edge AI advancements and integrate viable solutions into enterprise architectures.
  • Ensure AI systems meet performance, security, and ethical guidelines.
  • Produce technical documentation, solution diagrams, and training for end-users and development teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in AI development and architecture.
  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Proficient in deploying models via Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Studio, or AI Foundry.
  • Practical experience with Claude Code (preferred) or OpenAI Codex, or similar AI-assisted coding agents, including repository-aware code generation, multi-file changes, debugging, and automated test creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools to develop Microsoft-stack applications or integrations, preferably with Power Platform, C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure services, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph.
  • Ability to independently review AI-generated code, write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot failures, and apply secure coding practices; familiarity with Git, pull requests, and Azure DevOps or GitHub workflows.
  • Experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT-4, OpenAI APIs, fine-tuning LLMs).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure AI stack including AI Search, AI Studio, and AI Foundry SDK.
  • Familiarity with data engineering workflows and pipelines on cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Authorization Requirement

  • Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens or U.S permanent residents.
