We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems and AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You will work across the full AI development lifecycle - from problem framing and model development through to production deployment and monitoring. This role is primarily AI engineering, with supporting data engineering responsibilities to ensure clean, reliable inputs for the models and systems you build. Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) Experience: 3–6 years Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday What You'll Do: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions including LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation systems Build, fine-tune, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise use cases across insurance, fintech, and healthcare domains Integrate generative AI and large language models into client-facing products and internal platforms Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and data quality management Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to convert AI use cases into production-ready solutions Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows Design and manage vector databases, embedding pipelines, and AI-powered search infrastructure Contribute to internal AI capability building, technical research, and documentation What We're Looking For: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or applied data science Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Hands-on experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, or generative AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals including training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, or Google Vertex AI Solid knowledge of SQL, ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data preparation for AI systems Familiarity with MLOps practices including model monitoring, deployment automation, and version control Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience working in insurance, fintech, healthcare, or other regulated industries Exposure to NLP, document intelligence, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector Experience with AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent systems Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI practices, and model governance Experience working with globally distributed teams Why Join AGT Software Partners: Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise Performance-based annual bonus Comprehensive salary structure including HRA, LTA, medical, transport, and education allowances Provident Fund contributions and group medical insurance Paid casual, sick, and earned leave Fully paid training and probation period Opportunity to work on enterprise AI solutions with global clients High-visibility role with strong growth and leadership exposure
