Mastery of AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Scikit-learn . Strong expertise in algorithms, statistical modeling, and data engineering. Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS , GCP , or Azure ) for deploying AI models. Hands-on knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems. Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence , Data Science , or a related field. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and client-facing stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Responsibilities AI Model Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to optimize recruitment and talent management processes. Solution Architecture: Build scalable AI-powered systems for recommendation engines, predictive analytics, and workforce optimization. Data Analytics: Leverage data from recruitment platforms and job boards to uncover insights and improve client outcomes. Collaboration: Work with recruiters, account managers, and tech teams to align AI tools with client needs. Leadership: Mentor junior developers and stay ahead of AI trends to integrate cutting-edge solutions into services.
