▼Responsibilities

As an integral member of the team, this role delivers end-to-end AI enablement and software engineering support—spanning problem identification, Proof of Concept (PoC) execution, custom AI integration, in-house AI capability building, and continuous model performance evaluation and enhancement.

・Strategic planning and PoC development of AI applications tailored to diverse client-specific use cases.

・Architecture design and implementation of optimal user interfaces, conversational flows, and robust data integration pipelines.

・Data collection, exploratory analysis, preprocessing (data mining), and end-to-end machine learning model development, deployment, and operation.

・ Formulation of technical development roadmaps and cross-functional alignment with key project stakeholders.

・Continuous monitoring, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI model performance and output accuracy.

▼Required

2+ years of development and implementation experience using Python

Practical experience in data collection, analysis, and processing (data mining)

Practical experience in building, training, and evaluating machine learning models

Experience leading development projects while collaborating with customers and stakeholders to refine requirements

Experience independently identifying problems and conducting proof-of-concept (PoC) testing

Business Level Japanese

Knowledge equivalent to that of a data scientist (statistical analysis, feature engineering, understanding of model evaluation metrics)

Experience implementing applications and conversational designs utilizing large language models (LLMs) and generative AI

Experience developing and operating in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

Experience with MLOps (continuous model evaluation, improvement, and automated deployment)

Experience designing and implementing APIs and data infrastructure

Experience driving in-house AI development or the adoption of AI within the company
