Looking for an AI engineer who can own the full stack from raw data to shipped models. Someone who is strong across ML, data infrastructure, and LLM-powered features, and knows how to move fast without cutting corners on reliability.

What you'll do

• Build and improve the matching engine using ML models and embeddings
• Design and maintain data pipelines that feed model training and product features
• Ship LLM-powered features into the product using frontier models
• Own evals and monitoring so models don't silently degrade
• Work directly with founders to identify the highest-leverage AI bets

You

• Proven track record across ML, data engineering, or AI systems in production
• Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG, or agentic patterns
• Comfortable owning data pipelines alongside modeling work
• Startup or founding team experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $128k to $150k per year + equity
