Joining Datashift means being part of a team of entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about data and who have the know-how to deliver great results for our clients. We are looking for an AI governance consultant who will act as business partner in responsible AI for our clients.

Your responsibilities

As an AI governance consultant, you will:

• Develop and implement AI governance strategies to ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirement;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI governance practices into the design and development of AI solutions;

• Assess the accuracy, fairness, transparency, and robustness of AI solutions;

• Identify and resolve potential risks associated with AI technologies;

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on AI governance best practices and industry standards;

• Stay updated on trends in AI governance, sharing insights and knowledge with internal teams;

• Act as a thought leader on Responsible AI, promoting awareness and understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.

Your qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT consultancy environment;

• A first hands on experience with LLM’s;

• Privacy experience is considered a plus;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• The ability to work independently with strong client facing skills;

• Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch is considered a plus.
