We’re hiring: AI GTM & Business Development Associate

Dreamland is looking for a sharp, curious and ambitious junior to join our team in Istanbul.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, market intelligence, GTM and business development.

You’ll research markets, companies, investors and emerging trends, identify where opportunities are forming, find the right decision-makers, and use AI to turn those insights into targeted outreach and real business opportunities.

You’ll work on:

• Market, investment and technology trend research
• Company, investor and decision-maker intelligence
• AI-assisted prospecting and personalized outreach
• GTM and Account-Based Marketing campaigns
• New business, partnership and investment opportunities
• Testing new AI tools, workflows and growth channels

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is highly curious and learns fast
• Has strong written English
• Thinks analytically and commercially
• Is comfortable experimenting with AI and digital tools
• Can connect information and spot opportunities
• Is disciplined, proactive and detail-oriented
• Is humble enough to learn and ambitious enough to take ownership

Ideally, you’re a recent graduate or have 0–2 years of experience.

We care more about how you think, how fast you learn and how well you execute than the number of years on your CV.
