I am looking for an ambitious Business Development Co-Founder to join me in building an early-stage digital marketing agency from the ground up.
This is a genuine Co-Founder and management position. You will take primary responsibility for bringing in clients while working closely with the founder on the overall management, strategy and growth of the company.

Your main responsibility will be finding, approaching, and bringing in digital marketing clients.
You will also work alongside the founder as part of the management team and contribute to important business decisions and the overall growth of the company.
- Find and identify potential clients
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
- Generate and qualify leads
- Build relationships with businesses and decision-makers
- Arrange and participate in client meetings
- Help convert prospects into paying clients
- Build and manage the sales pipeline
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Work with the founder on business strategy
- Help manage the growth and operations of the agency
- Contribute to the long-term direction of the company
