6-month internship: agents, TypeScript & outbound. Hybrid, starting December 2026 to February 2027.

At a glance

  • Term: 6 months, starting between December 2026 and February 2027

  • Location: Marseille, France (coworking with a sea view, hybrid)

  • Stack: TypeScript · Next.js · React · Python · SQL · LLM APIs · PostgreSQL · BigQuery · Node.js · Pipedrive API · PostHog · AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex)

    About Influentials

Influentials is a creator marketing platform and managed service built to help brands scale creator content. More than 16,000 creators are directly connected and verified on our platform, and more than 500 brands, including McDonald's, Disney, Samsung, ALDI and Volvo, have run over 5,000 campaigns with us. We're headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands and building our tech hub in Marseille, France.

    How we build

AI is both how we build and what we build. We practise agentic engineering on a modern TypeScript stack: AI agents write most of the code, and humans specify and review everything that goes live. We merge hundreds of PRs each month, and our velocity keeps accelerating. We're not tied to one tool (Claude Code today, Codex before), and we adopt new practices as they land, like cloud coding agents and agent loops. The job is changing fast right now, and you'll learn it with us.

Our next step is international: the UK, Scandinavia and France. We're looking for a GTM & growth engineer intern to build the machine that gets us there.

    Go-to-market as engineering

We treat GTM as a systems problem, not a creative writing exercise: pipelines, enrichment, sequencing, attribution. It's the same technical work as any full-stack engineer, backend and frontend, applied to growth instead of product features: pipelines and APIs, tools for our team, and small full-stack apps that brands use. You'll sit between sales, marketing and engineering, write TypeScript, Python and SQL, build AI agents that run in production, and measure what they bring. No-code is fine for a quick test; anything that lasts is built in code. This is AI engineering, not machine learning: agents, tools, prompts and evals built on top of existing LLMs. No model training.

    What you'll build

This is an internship: you're here to learn, working alongside the CTO and the sales team. These are the projects you'll contribute to:

    01. Free tools that bring brands to us. Small free apps on our website, built on our creator data and LLMs. You'll build them and measure how many brands they bring to the platform.

    02. An AI agent that spots brands doing influencer marketing. Build an agent that analyses social media content (our creators' posts, captions and hashtags) to detect sponsored content and the brands behind it, then scrapes those brands' websites to enrich them. That's an intent signal: score these brands so the sales team calls the right ones first.

    03. Pages built from our data. Public research pages generated from our creator data, that brands find on Google and in AI assistants.

    04. Outbound sequences. Email sequences to brands, personalised with our creator data and research done by AI agents, A/B tested against clear conversion targets.

    05. The creator acquisition engine. Our system finds creators and contacts them by email. Add AI analysis of their content to target the right creators, and improve deliverability and conversion.

    06. CRM and attribution, from first contact to invoice. Leads pushed to Pipedrive in one click, deal stages in sync, and dashboards that show which source brings which revenue.

You won't do all six. With the CTO, you'll pick one, ship it, measure it, then move to the next.

    Technical challenges

    • AI agents you can trust: evals on real social content to measure what the LLM gets right, and keeping cost and latency under control.

    • APIs in the real world: rate limits, retries, webhooks.

    • Deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-up, bounces.

    • Data pipelines: from GTM tools (CRM, email, enrichment) to BigQuery, without losing data quality.

    • Experiments: A/B tests that are statistically sound, not "it felt better".

      What success looks like

      • Month 1: you've learned the stack and the data, your first change is in production, and you've picked your first project with the CTO.

      • Months 2–3: your first project is live and measured.

      • Months 4–6: a second project, plus a weekly GTM dashboard the team actually reads, documented so it keeps running after you leave.

        Who you'll work with

You'll work directly with Matthieu, our CTO, who cares as much about business and product as about code, and with our sales and partnerships leads. The rest of the team is in Rotterdam: weekly video calls with sales, campaign management and product, in English, with no travel needed. You'll be one of the first people in our Marseille tech hub, with a real scope and someone next to you to help you get there.

You might be a fit if

        • You're a final-year student looking for a 6-month internship (end-of-studies, or abroad as part of your degree). Engineering school, computer science, business informatics or a business/tech dual degree: your degree matters less than what you've built.

        • You already write code: TypeScript or Python, APIs, SQL, and you've built something with an LLM. You can judge what an AI wrote, and fix it when it's wrong.

        • You're scrappy: you'd rather ship a rough version on Monday than a perfect one in a month. You try things, build, measure, and keep what works.

        • You think in systems: you'd rather automate a task than do it twice, and you've used tools like Clay, Apollo or n8n enough to know when to replace them with code.

        • You care about quality, even for internal tools. You're as comfortable in a terminal as in a meeting with the sales team, and you can teach what you build.

        • You're comfortable working in English (weekly calls with the Rotterdam team). Day to day in Marseille, we speak French or English, whichever you prefer.

Nice to have: a side project that shows your tech curiosity: a mobile app, a small AI or web3 project, a scraper or data pipeline, ideally with real users.

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway.

          Practical details

          • 6 months, starting between December 2026 and February 2027, with an internship agreement (convention de stage).

          • A coworking space in Marseille with a sea view. Flexible hybrid, around 2 remote days a week: we care about what you ship, not the hours you spend at your desk.

          • Students from other EU countries welcome, including Erasmus+ traineeships.

            How we hire

          • A 15-minute call with Matthieu, our CTO, to get to know each other.

          • A 30-minute technical interview.

            How to apply

Apply here with your CV and tell us about something you built or automated. Add a link to code you wrote if you can (a GitHub repo, a script, a pipeline, a side project); if your best work is private, just tell us about it. No cover letter needed.

P.S. If you've read this far, tell us in your application which of the six projects you'd start with, and why.
