As an AI Implementation Consultant at Donna, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers to understand their sales processes, CRM setup, and team dynamics. You’ll play a key role across both pre- and post-sales, translating real-world workflows into Donna configurations that support customer goals, scale with their business, and fit seamlessly into their existing tech stack.
This role combines hands-on implementation with customer collaboration. You’ll design conversation flows, write effective AI prompts, and use our UI, our configuration MCP together with CRM knowledge to configure Donna’s behavior. Your focus will be on building reliable, repeatable solutions: using standard configurations wherever possible and knowing when a customer’s needs call for a tailored approach.
You’ll own customer implementations and the project delivery, while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to connect customer needs with Donna’s capabilities. You’ll also bring insights from implementations back into product development, helping make Donna easier to configure and scale.
What you’ll be doing
Understanding Customer Workflows: Work directly with prospects and customers to understand their sales processes, CRM setup, and goals. Identify where Donna can add the most value and guide customers toward approaches that work at scale.
Translating Workflows into Donna’s Configuration: Configure Donna using Donna UI and configuration MCP, conversation flows and AI prompts, building on standard configurations and tailoring where needed to meet customer goals.
Leading Customer Implementations: Lead multiple implementations from scoping through go-live, advising customers, managing timelines, and keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.
Scaling Donna’s Impact: Help define and document standard configurations, best practices, and repeatable solutions that support Donna’s rapid growth and deliver consistent quality across our customer base.
Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with Sales during pre-sales and Customer Success through onboarding and adoption. Share implementation insights with Product and Engineering, proactively flag and escalate risks and blockers to keep work moving.
Working Internationally: Work with international customers, with potential relocation to NYC.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a genuine customer-first mindset and the confidence to explain trade-offs and guide decisions
Comfortable working hands-on with JSON-based schemas, AI prompts, and configuration logic
Solid understanding of CRM workflows and how sales teams operate
Familiarity with SQL and structured data
3+ years of relevant experience in implementation, technical consulting or configuration roles at a tech company
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a drive to turn individual solutions into repeatable approaches
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Self-starter who takes ownership, works through obstacles, and goes the extra mile to deliver for customers
Fluent in English, proficiency in French or German is a strong plus.
What you can expect
A category in the making. Field AI is a new category of enterprise software, and the implementation playbook is being written now. The standards you set will shape how Donna is deployed at every customer that follows.
Enterprise-grade work. You'll implement at global manufacturing, medtech, consumer goods, energy companies and more, to the security and compliance bar that comes with them (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
Exceptional time to value. Most enterprise AI takes quarters to prove itself. Donna does it in weeks, and you'll own the work that makes that true.
Room to grow as we scale. We're 40+ people, growing fast across Europe and the US, with customers on both sides of the Atlantic, a team in New York and the option to relocate. As we grow, there's a real path into lead and specialist roles, including building our partner implementation program.
Experienced leadership. Our founders have built and exited enterprise software companies twice, and our leaders come from high-growth SaaS and AI companies.
A Ghent HQ in the ecosystem. Our home base is in Ghent, connected to the StarApps community and Ghent's wider tech scene.
Rewards that reflect the stakes. A competitive salary, equity through our ESOP, healthcare and group insurance, meal vouchers, and the equipment you need.
We invest in the people who invest in the mission. You own your work and give it your all, and we make sure you keep growing: an annual company retreat, dev days and hackathons, regular team events, and a membership to the Collective at Wintercircus.
