AI Implementation Engineer Turn AI into real production impact: build, train, deploy, and improve computer-vision models for manufacturing — no prior AI experience required, with full training provided. AI Implementation Engineer We are seeking an individual who is passionate about getting AI actually used in production for live manufacturing operations. Your main role will be to use our software to build AI models and launch them in high volume manufacturing for customers. Key Responsibilities: Understand defects & use cases - Talk with customer engineers to understand what each defect looks like and why it matters. Write simple, clear rules so anyone can label new images the same way. Curate high-quality training datasets - Gather images, fix wrong labels, and make sure every defect type has enough examples. Train & fine-tune models - Feed the cleaned images into our training software. Adjust dataset and settings, and run tests until the AI meets the agreed accuracy. Validate & root-cause analysis - Analyse the AI’s incorrect outcomes and compare with input training dataset to identify what went wrong and fix the problems. Deploy, monitor & debug in production - Deploy the finished model on the factory’s computers or in the cloud. Spot drops in accuracy or strange results. When the AI slips, gather new images and repeat the training-and-fix cycle. Keep everyone in sync - Create AI performance reports and share regular updates with clients and internal teams to understand progress Qualifications: Fast learner & problem solver – you grasp new ideas quickly and can apply them without hand-holding. Detail-oriented & patient – comfortable reviewing thousands of images and spotting subtle issues. Clear communicator – able to explain your findings to customers and teammates in simple language. Long-term mindset – committed to owning a project from start to finish; customers rely on a stable point of contact. Ready to start soon – ideally available to join immediately or with minimal notice. Willing to travel – occasional short trips to customer sites as project needs dictate. Bonus: any hands-on experience - or even a basic understanding—of computer-vision or AI models. No specific degree or prior AI experience is required; we provide full training.
