About BlueHeart Energy BlueHeart Energy was founded in 2016 as a deep-tech company that has developed a new sustainable thermoacoustics technology to radically improve the performance of heat pumps, enabling them to evolve from being the best solution in the market to becoming the perfect solution. Our technology is a disruptive approach to generate heat and cold, with potential to revolutionize the whole industry. With our so called 'Blue Heart' inside, heat pumps turn into affordable, silent and flexible devices, capable of working with wide temperature ranges suitable for both new and existing houses. Importantly, BlueHeart doesn’t require any refrigerants and doesn’t generate any CO2e emissions. The Internship Join our team and help shape how AI is applied across an entire deep-tech company. You will identify, design, and deploy AI solutions that support engineering, R&D, operations, supply chain, and production teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to move beyond AI experimentation and work on solutions that create measurable business impact. Please note: To be eligible for this internship, you must be currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands and remain enrolled as a student until at least February 2027 . What you'll do Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and decision-making Design and implement AI agents and workflow automations Collaborate with teams across engineering, R&D, operations, and supply chain Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications Support the deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the organization What We're Looking For Currently studying Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, and workflow automation Hands-on experience with AI tools, scripting, or software development projects Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good English communication skills, both written and spoken A passion for sustainability, clean tech, or environmental innovation is important to us!
