AI Model Evaluator

🔹 Role: AI Response Evaluation Analyst

📍 Location: Norway – Remote

💼 Engagement: Independent Contractor

⏳ Duration: 3–4 Weeks

🕐 Work Model: Fully Remote & Flexible

🗣️ Language: Native/Fluent Norwegian (Bokmål)

💡 Important: Prior AI evaluation experience is not required.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses against defined quality criteria
• Interpret conversational context and understand user intent
• Compare multiple responses and provide concise written rationales
• Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, safety, and localization
• Verify factual claims using approved research sources
• Flag tasks that cannot be reliably assessed rather than guessing

✅ What We're Looking For

• Strong critical thinking and sound judgment
• Excellent reading comprehension
• Strong research and attention-to-detail skills
• Professional written English
• Native/Fluent Norwegian (Bokmål)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in AI evaluation, annotation, writing, editing, research, or translation is a plus
