About MoonTech
MoonTech is an agentic AI company for creator commerce built for guaranteed conversions, not promises Operating as an autonomous closed-loop system, MoonTech replaces legacy platform tools and superficial metrics (like reach and impressions) with a crew of 7 specialized AI agents (Moon AI) that manage the full campaign lifecycle from client brief and creator matching to live execution, real-time ad optimization, and verified sales attribution .
Role Overview:
As an AI Operations Intern, you will build, run, and maintain the automations that move creator campaigns from invitation to live ad, and, as you grow into the role, run a small number of brand campaigns yourself. You will work directly with your lead, who sets priorities with you, and with the CRM team to keep every creator touchpoint consistent.
This is a hands-on builder role. You will spend your time shipping real workflows that the team depends on, not observing.
Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Build and Run the Automations
You will own automations across the campaign lifecycle, prioritized together with your lead.
Creator Engagement
Build automated reminders and follow-ups that move creators from accepting a campaign to posting their first ad
Build weekly reports on what the automations sent, how creators responded, and what failed
Alert the team when a creator needs a reply or misses a deadline
Ad Quality
Automate how new ads are detected, collected, and checked before review
Connect AI ad-scoring results to the rest of the workflow: creator records, draft feedback for the team to approve, and tracking fixes through to completion
Tracking and Reporting
Feed campaign data from internal systems into trackers and dashboards automatically
Build alerts for campaign milestones and for campaigns falling behind target
How the Work Is Done
Build with n8n, Claude, and other tools
Document every automation: what triggers it, what it does, who owns it, and how to switch it off
Work with the CRM team so every message creators receive is consistent
Phase 2: Run Campaigns Alongside Your Automation Work
Once you are settled in, you will take on a small number of brand campaigns, with protected time each week for building. Before running campaigns alone, you will shadow a campaign owner for about a week and start with lower-risk brands.
For each campaign, you will:
Match creators to the campaign and send invitations
Onboard creators who accept and keep them to their posting deadlines
Track creators going live and ad performance against weekly targets
Follow each ad through quality review, feedback, and fixes
Keep campaign records up to date and flag blockers early
Turn repetitive campaign tasks into new automations
Qualifications:
Hands-on with AI: you have built or used real workflows with LLMs and can describe what you built, what broke, and what you changed
Comfortable with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make, or eager to learn them fast
Structured and detail-oriented, with a habit of documenting your work
Ownership-minded: you follow things through and raise problems early
Clear written communicator in English [add Arabic if required]
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where the process is still being built
