AI Operations Specialist — E-Commerce Marketplaces

**Role overview**

We’re looking for an AI Operations Specialist to help a long-established e-commerce business organize and improve its operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Mercado Libre. The first priority is to make the owner’s existing Excel-based workflow easier to manage—not replace it all at once.

**What you’ll do**

- Review the current spreadsheets and workflows for purchasing, inventory, accounting, and shipment tracking.
- Build practical, AI-assisted processes that the owner can use alongside Excel, including simple copy-and-paste inputs where helpful.
- Track shipments for timely, complete delivery; reconcile shipped and sold items against payments.
- Create a clearer view of available inventory and what can be shipped.
- Once the core operations are organized, help assess new vendors and product categories.
- Explore a tool that can take weekly supplier price lists, match products to marketplace listings, and help evaluate whether they are worth selling.

**What we’re looking for**

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce operations and strong familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and Mercado Libre.
- Strong spreadsheet, inventory-tracking, and reconciliation skills.
- Experience implementing useful AI automations—not just recommending tools.
- Ability to work with an established process, explain changes clearly, and communicate by email.

**Initial focus:** Organize inventory, shipments, and accounting. Vendor discovery, category expansion, and price-list automation can follow.
