As we accelerate our internal AI capabilities, our goal is to transform how our 700+ employees work, moving our organization from "AI-curious" to "AI-native." To drive this operational evolution, we are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused practitioner to join us as our AI Ops Manager.

Job Description

🎯 Mission of the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, the AI Ops Manager will be the core execution engine for AI adoption across SeLoger. Your mandate covers both our business and corporate functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, HR) and our Product, Data, and Tech (PDT) teams.

We are not looking for a high-level strategist who just makes slides, nor a pure machine learning research engineer. We need a hands-on builder. You will master and optimize our internal AI ecosystem—which includes Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini—to build internal prompt libraries, design clear team assessment frameworks, and ship custom AI workflows that unlock massive daily efficiency.

🏆 Key Responsibilities

1. Build AI Infrastructure & Tooling

Own the foundation that makes everything else possible. You are accountable for the tools, systems, and standards that the rest of the org will build on.

• Own, manage, and continuously optimize the rollout of our generative AI stack — Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini — across all business and PDT teams.

• Build, curate, and maintain SeLoger's centralized Internal Prompt Library: high-performing, versioned prompt standards covering all major business and technical use cases.

• Architect and scale custom internal AI workflows and assistants integrated directly into our daily ecosystem: Slack, Google Workspace, Workday, Jira, Confluence etc.

1. Deploy: Hands-On Execution in the Field

Get into teams, identify the highest-leverage problems, and ship working solutions fast. This is where you spend the majority of your time.

• Shadow both business and PDT teams to audit their daily processes, systematically identifying high-impact bottlenecks ripe for AI-first redesign.

• Run Growth Workshops: a ~48-hour co-creation sprint where you shadow a team, pitch a solution, build the required prompt structures or workflows, and ship a live, working use case directly into production.

• Translate team frustrations into clear technical requirements — bridging non-technical employees and PDT with equal fluency.

1. Scale: Drive Adoption & Change Management

Turn isolated wins into org-wide momentum. Build the internal infrastructure of belief, skill, and accountability that sustains AI adoption long after the initial spark.

• Map team-level AI maturity through simple, practical assessment checklists — creating a shared language, surfacing gaps, and defining clear upskilling milestones for each unit.

• Lead high-energy AI Spark Sessions to build baseline literacy across the org, demystify generative AI capabilities, and generate genuine internal pull.

• Build and animate SeLoger's internal AI community — running regular knowledge-sharing rituals, championing AI culture, and keeping momentum alive between structured interventions.

• Identify and develop AI Champions within each business and technical unit to drive peer-to-peer scaling; act as an ad hoc consultant, mentor, and trainer as teams deepen their capabilities.

• Partner with the CTrO and Executive Sponsors to align on priorities and protect dedicated, ring-fenced team time for experimentation and capability building.

Qualifications

🧬 Candidate Profile: The AI Ops Expert We Need

• Experience: 6+ years of experience including at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Product Management, Growth, or Tech Consulting within a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment.

• Hands-on AI Expertise: You are an advanced power-user of modern Generative AI tooling. You have deep, practical experience in complex prompt engineering, workflow automation, and tailoring LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to solve real business problems.

• The Builder Mindset: You focus heavily on rapid execution and quick wins. You prefer building a functional prompt template or automation that saves a team 5 hours this week over theoretical perfection.

• Process Mastery: Strong analytical skills with the ability to map out complex, cross-functional workflows (across both business operations and product/tech delivery) and redesign them using AI-first principles.

• Strong Communication & Empathy: You can listen effectively to both technical developers and non-technical employees, translate their daily frustrations into clear technical requirements, and turn skepticism into enthusiasm.

• Language: Fluent in French and English
