AI Orchestration Engineer I

Job Description Location: Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, NYC, NY, or Tempe, AZ Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (Once a week Onsite) Duration: 9 months Rate Range: Upto $50 - 65/hr on W2 (no benefits) depends on experience Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT Must Have: SaaS workflow automation and orchestration experience REST API integration experience Python, JavaScript, or Node.js JSON and API payloads OAuth, API keys, and authentication methods Low-code, no-code, or programmatic automation platforms RPA or browser-based automation Ability to write and troubleshoot automation code using Python, JavaScript, or Node.js Ability to solve API integration and workflow automation problems in a live technical setting Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise workflow automations. Integrate collaboration, HR, finance, project management, and AI platforms using APIs. Replace manual and ticket-based processes with automated, event-driven workflows. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. Develop API integrations and custom automation logic. Build browser-based automations when APIs are unavailable. Create and test workflow prototypes. Follow workflow governance, version control, testing, and release practices. Develop reusable automation templates and technical documentation. Work with security, IT, and architecture teams to meet enterprise standards. Support business users and promote responsible automation practices. Debug workflow, API, authentication, and data-payload issues. Develop and explain automation solutions using an IDE or similar development environment. Qualifications: Experience building or supporting integrations across SaaS platforms. Working knowledge of REST APIs and common integration patterns. Experience translating business requirements into technical workflows. Experience managing multiple automation or integration tasks. Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to work onsite at least three days per week. Ability to explain technical decisions and problem-solving steps during solution development.
