Ludios takes its name from Latin; it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games.

Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in.

Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about.

Role Overview

As an AI Playable Developer, you’ll turn creative ideas into fast, engaging playable ads using AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping. You’ll experiment with new concepts, iterate based on performance, and work closely with the Creative team to build interactive experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly build and iterate playable advertising concepts from creative ideas and briefs.
• Turn creative concepts into functional, engaging playable ads that can be tested and iterated quickly.
• Use AI-assisted and vibe coding workflows to prototype and develop playable experiences at speed.
• Develop new gameplay concepts and mechanics rather than simply reproducing existing game features.
• Iterate on playable ads based on creative and performance feedback to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Build reusable systems, components, and tools that improve the speed and efficiency of playable production.
• Work closely with the Creative Producer and Lead Creative Producer to explore, develop, and refine creative concepts.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience building playable ads, interactive prototypes, web-based games, or similar interactive experiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted/vibe coding, using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding tools.
• Curious and proactive about exploring new AI tools and workflows to improve the way they build and iterate.
• A creative background or strong understanding of graphic design, visual composition, and creative execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn creative ideas into functional experiences and find practical solutions independently.
• Clear communicator who works well with others and is open to feedback and iteration.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to deliver multiple iterations within timelines.
