Your Role & Team We’ve got an exciting new position to join our new AI product team as a Product Builder (Product Manager) to drive innovation, experimentation, rapid prototyping & validation to deliver outcomes. This hands-on role defines and executes the vision for AI-driven products , translating advances in data, machine learning and generative/agentic AI into scalable, commercially viable customer solutions. You will shape the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and long-term platform strategy, while driving end-to-end execution across the AI product lifecycle. This is an AI product management role that balances strong product leadership with hands-on involvement in roadmap development, prioritisation and day to day delivery. You'll report directly to the GM, Product in this role . Please note, it's a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office . Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: AI Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for new AI products. Translate market, customer and business insights into clear product direction and prioritised initiatives Ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes. AI Product Delivery & Execution Lead AI delivery teams to execute against the roadmap, driving prioritisation, removing blockers and ensuring timely releases Be hands-on in building prototypes, running experiments, validating with customers and driving rapid sprints to continuously test and learn. Maintain strong oversight of day‑to‑day product delivery, ensuring outcomes are met and value is realised Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality, scalable and maintainable product solutions Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence Collaborate cross functionally to align product initiatives with broader business goals Influence stakeholders of all levels through clear communication, data backed recommendations and well‑articulated business cases Ensure shared understanding of product goals, progress and trade‑offs across teams Data, Insight & Continuous Improvement Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, measure success and optimise outcomes Synthesise customer feedback, market trends and performance data into actionable insights Drive continuous improvement across product processes, rituals and team capability More than just work 🏃🏽‍♀️ Keep Active – All employees get a Fitness First Platinum gym membership. ☕️ Daily Fuel – Barista-made coffee, breakfast, snacks, lunches and drinks on us – we got you! 📲 Phone Credits - We pay you $50 per month to put towards your plans - how good. ❤️‍🩹 Wellness Days – Receive an additional day off each month.
