■ Job Description

• The successful candidate will participate in the launch phase of AI agents built on generative AI technology, driving projects from planning to development within a collaborative team. Engineers are expected to take initiative in their assigned tasks and lead development in coordination with stakeholders.

■ Specific Responsibilities

• Prototyping and developing web applications for production use
• Prompt engineering and context engineering for generative AI
• Building and improving retrieval and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Designing and building data infrastructure
• Operating, monitoring, and improving SaaS systems, as well as handling inquiries
• Technical public relations (e.g., writing technical blogs, speaking at events)

■ Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in web application development
• Experience developing and operating services in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience contributing to a single service or product continuously for at least one year
• Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese, including participation in technical discussions in a business setting

• Full-stack development experience, with a primary focus on backend development and working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue

• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Designers to build and improve products
• Someone who is proactive about sharing knowledge through activities such as participating in technical communities, speaking at events, or writing technical blog posts
