Technical Product Manager – AI & SaaS

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to join a growing technology business developing AI-powered enterprise SaaS solutions.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working closely with Engineering and Data Science to turn complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent products.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with commercial awareness and enjoys taking products from early discovery and experimentation through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and roadmap planning through launch and optimisation.
• Work directly with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop scalable AI-enabled features.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI, LLMs and automation into existing products and workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable priorities.
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions, evaluating feasibility, scalability and trade-offs.
• Manage multiple product initiatives while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
• Define product success metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Practical exposure to AI-powered products, LLMs, machine learning or workflow automation.
• Proven experience delivering products or features from concept through production.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, technical requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion and product analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI APIs, prototyping tools or automation platforms.
• Understanding of complex SaaS architectures and third-party integrations.
• SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Previous experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
