About the Product:

The rules of building software have changed. What used to take a large team many months can now be built by a small, focused team in a fraction of the time. AI has collapsed the cost and time of software creation by an order of magnitude — and this shift is not coming, it is here.

We’re extending the platform into new areas and giving them far more control over how they build on top of it. Workflows become customizable. APIs become headless. • As a Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you'll own features within Talent Forge, the product customers use to create and deploy applications and agents on top of the Eightfold platform, taking them from customer problem to shipped product.

• You'll work closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to define how applications are built, tested, and monitored, and ship fast.

• You’ll collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold’s position in the talent intelligence space being at the forefront of building AI-driven products that transform how organizations attract, engage, and retain talent.

• You’ll work deeply with customers and market insights to shape differentiated products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models—leveraging deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges.

What You'll Bring

• A track record of shipping features end to end and owning the outcomes.

• A working understanding of LLMs and AI agents; Hands-on experience building with AI. That could be a shipped AI feature, side projects with agent frameworks or no-code agent tools

• Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data models, so you can go deep with engineers

• Nice to have: experience with developer platforms, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code builders. Interest in HR tech is a plus.

This role demands technical curiosity, and a passion for creating enterprise SaaS products that push the boundaries of what AI can do in HR tech.

Qualification:

• 3+ years experience in Product Management

• Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
