AI Product Support Specialist

A Milanese financial technology firm is currently working with our team to refine the logic behind their automated pricing models, and we are looking for an AI Product Support Specialist to assist with this engagement. The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that is conducted entirely in a remote capacity. As an AI Product Support Specialist, you will act as a bridge between technical tools and commercial logic. You will spend your time investigating why an automated system arrived at a specific pricing recommendation or financial forecast, ensuring the output aligns with the requirements of the Milanese fintech project. This is an entry-level position where your primary goal is to maintain the integrity of the data and provide clear explanations to the people using these tools. Because we work in a remote setting, you will need to be comfortable communicating through written documentation and participating in regular video discussions with senior team members.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring automated financial outputs to identify anomalies or logical errors in the data.
• Responding to user inquiries regarding the behavior and logic of the AI pricing tools.
• Testing new software features to ensure they meet the specific financial assumptions set by the consulting team.
• Documenting bugs, logic failures, or unexpected results in a clear and structured manner.
• Assisting in the creation of basic guides that explain how the AI models process financial data.
• Gathering feedback from users to identify areas where the software logic remains unclear or confusing.
• Verifying that the data inputs provided by the client are formatted correctly for the AI systems to process.
• Collaborating with senior consultants to adjust model assumptions based on real world performance.

What You Bring

• A degree or recent coursework in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Basic familiarity with how software tools or algorithms process large sets of data.
• A logical and skeptical mindset that enjoys finding inconsistencies in a spreadsheet or a report.
• Clear communication skills, particularly the ability to explain complex ideas in plain English.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning how AI interacts with financial models.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to double check figures for accuracy.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
• The ability to follow structured testing protocols without losing focus on the broader financial goal.
