AI Product Support Specialist

Gulf Associates is looking for an AI Product Support Specialist to provide operational and technical assistance within our advisory practice. This role is fundamental to a major project for our client, which is an expanding pan-African entity navigating complex partnership decisions and capital deployment. We rely on bespoke data tools to provide commercial judgment, and this position ensures those systems are functional and accurate for our senior partners and clients. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from your own environment while staying closely connected to our centralized support team.

What you will do

• Provide direct assistance to internal teams and clients using our proprietary AI research and decision support tools.
• Monitor the output of automated data models to ensure the information aligns with the ground reality of the markets we analyze.
• Identify and document technical bugs or data inconsistencies, coordinating with technical teams to resolve them quickly.
• Help prepare briefing materials that explain AI generated insights in plain, professional language for senior decision makers.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common user questions and technical benchmarks to improve the speed of support.
• Test new updates to the user interface to ensure they meet the specific needs of commercial advisors and external counterparties.
• Gather feedback from senior associates on tool performance during live negotiations and strategic sessions.

What you bring
