AI Productivity Lead / Technologist

We are looking for an experienced AI Productivity Lead / Technologist to provide technical oversight across two parallel engineering streams:

• Stabilisation and acceleration of legacy Python-based automation systems
• Architecture and development of a next-generation AI-powered automation platform

This is a high-leverage, strategic role focused on ensuring engineering excellence, AI-native productivity, and architectural alignment across both pods.

Requirements

• Strong architectural judgment across Python and JS/TS ecosystems
• Deep hands-on experience with AI-assisted development practices and tooling
• Proven ability to define technical standards and review engineering work
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see system-level alignment across multiple initiatives
• Senior-level communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight across Python and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems
• Establish and enforce engineering standards across both teams
• Guide and optimise AI-assisted development workflows (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Conduct technical reviews and provide strategic direction
• Ensure alignment between legacy stabilisation (V1) and new platform architecture (V2)
• Identify convergence opportunities between both streams
• Act as a technical sounding board for senior engineers and client stakeholders
